Hye Jin Rho is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR). Her research focuses on the changing nature of work, employment and labor market institutions and their impact on employment outcomes. She holds a Ph.D. in management from MIT Sloan School of Management with the Institute for Work and Employment Research, and a B.A. in political science and international studies from Northwestern University. She is also a research affiliate at the MIT Sloan Good Companies, Good Jobs Initiative.
